For the bride or groom that wants to have a few private hours with their wedding attendants/family before/after their event.  

THIS INCLUDES THINGS LIKE

 

  • Kickoff Meeting (this meeting would include any VIP members (e.g., bride, groom, matron of honor, best man) to discuss what are their wishes are)

  • Three DETAILS meetings (~1 hrs ea)

  • Venue Site Visit (a visual of each area that's involved in the event to understand the layout)

  • Final Event Day Planning (this meeting is to make sure everyone is on the same page and all final details are discussed)

  • Unlimited contact via email

  • This is for a max of 30 guests

  • Will coordinate all details and services with vendors

  • On-site to coordinate all events for a total of 4 hours
