Who is this package for?
You've dreamed of this day since you were a little kid — but you have no idea where to start!

This package is for the couple that already has a busy schedule be it for business or socially that does not have an extra 200+ hours (that's 24 hours a day straight for 6 months) to plan out every little detail - catering, band or DJ, florals, cake and/or desserts for their BIG Day. Or maybe just planning and designing overwhelms you.

All of our planning services include unlimited email communication, access to our online event software, usage of any of our décor pieces, and discounts on our paper design & gentlemen's suit partners.

Planning Process

Phase 1: Planning

Kickoff Welcome meeting: Initial Welcome meeting up to two (2) hours to introduce the Wedding Couple to the next steps and PPW&E’s Custom On-line Planning Toolkit.

Monthly Check-ins (~1 hr each)

Creating and Managing a Detailed Budget
-
Supply a Curated Preferred Vendors list (list of 2-5 of each vendor category that fit your budget, personality & style), and provide management and guidance during contract negotiations​

Phase 2: Design
-
Creation of the Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception Design for your vision of your day

Create & Manage your Custom Layout of each element (i.e., reception) utilizing PPW&E’s Custom Online Planning Toolkit

Create a custom wedding website and RSVP Management: Includes assisting with the design of, Save the Date and/or Wedding Invitations of either via paper invites and/or digital (assistance with wording and ordering and tracking all guest responses (includes Seating Chart Assignment Management if needed).
Phase 3: Wedding Management

One-hour Onsite Direction of Wedding Rehearsal

Assist with Rehearsal Dinner Management (if desired)

Creation of Day of Timeline (detailed day-of times for wedding party and vendors)

Pack-up of personal items (e.g., guestbook, place cards, menus, programs, table numbers, etc.) and wedding gifts (delivery if needed - extra fee may apply*)

Coordination and Management of all Wedding Day of vendors at the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and Execution on the day of including setup and breakdown (up to 14 hours of service on the Day of the Wedding​)

Access to PPWE’s extensive Wedding Day Emergency Kit (e.g., clothing stay-put tape, Tide stick, breath mints, etc.)
